2024-09-22 | Lauraine Pisacreta | Very easy to read . I've found barometric pressure is an important metric for inflammation in some individuals. High pressure translates into less pain and fatigue in people with fibromyalgia and any illness characterized by inflammation of any body systems. I try to keep up with barometric pressure regularly and my current weather app doesn't include it.
2024-04-17 | dmcg | Good app and worth subscribing. Pressure updates are not regularly updated, so attention has to be paid to the currency of the latest updates. It would be useful to be able to edit the front page. A larger graph would be infinitely more useful than a large dual showing current pressure and taking up half the screen. Air pressure trends are key to understanding weather.
2024-03-14 | E C P | So this wasn't working, so I checked & re-checked battery optimization & app battery settings to no avail, uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail, then gave up. But then, it had been highly inconvenient to restart the phone, too. When I got around to also doing that after a while, then reinstalled, then, of course, re-fixed the app battery settings, THEN I found this working, collecting data, etc, as it had before for years on my previous phone! So it's back to 5 stars.
2022-12-16 | Carolanne Donfried | I had app before, paid for upgrade. Worked for a little while, got annoyed at it not working. Downloaded it to try a 2nd time and it is not giving any readings. Will give it a few days to see if it wants to work Update: Even though I should be able to have it keep track of separate locations, disabling that is allowing me to get readings. They have some bugs to work out but if you need to track pressure changes due to migraine it is a beneficial app.
2022-11-15 | V Brent Poloway | Works quite good so far. Weather changes have a substantial influence on migraines. I keep an eye on our barometer to monitor for substantial changes up or down that might cause migraines. We also have a barometer on the wall and it correlates well with this app. Great feature to have the chart, as it help visualize how drastic some of the changes have been. Really liking this app so far, would certainly recommend!
2022-10-29 | Jenna Waites | Doesn't work. The notification area is stuck on the same pressure and last update time and doesn't show a real graph. If you open the spp (though not from the notification), i assume it is correct but I've had this API for several weeks and it's never showed a hotspot or trend. I've tried to pay for the upgraded 3 times and was always refunded. That was a big they alarm just fixed. I haven't paid again because none of the other issues were resolved. Uninstalled!
2022-09-10 | Jennifer Tanner | Update: Used to be a 5* app, but no longer works. Readings have stopped being updated. Yes, I have made sure battery optimization is turned off, checked all my permissions, reinstalled, etc. I've been using the app for over 4 years to help watch for migraine triggers and have the full upgrade. Great features if it would work, but something must have broken in an Android system update and it no longer is reading and recording the pressure. Very bummed.
2022-01-23 | Susan Kirch-Corey | I like being able to track the changes in barometric pressure. I have frequent headaches due to these changes and have found through tracking it that it isn't as much the change in pressure as it in how suddenly it can occur. But this app has really helped me be able to manage my migraines much more efficiently. Thank you to the creator for making this app available.
2021-11-30 | Danielle Degree | I absolutely LOVE this app! Many years ago before I knew what was wrong with me my husband figured it out it was barometric pressure that affected my pain level with my joints and Menieres flare ups. We keep old school barometers so we can see the levels but thanks to this app I've been able to Monitor and track everything including being able to tell exactly when the pressure is perfect and plays nice with my body and when I'm in trouble. Incredibly beneficial tool to have!
2021-11-18 | Cynthia S | The app is great. Compared to similar apps I am better able to use it for my purposes. What I'd love would be if somewhere there were breakdown of what things mean. For example, 1 squiggly up arrow means a change of between x and y amount of pressure or whatever it is and 2 squiggly up arrows mean a change of between a and g amount of pressure or whatever it is. This way I could maybe become more proactive in understanding the correlation of this with other weather data I collect. |
