2024-10-02 | Steve SaysMatterbutitsHatter | I have been using the free version of Atomic Clock for about a week and I truly love this app! It does everything I need to know how far off my phone system clock is. Best of all, this app provides a way to keep track of the difference between an NTP Time Server and a watch, that way you have the information to share with the watch maker and/or your favorite horologist to properly adjust your watch! I strongly and happily recommend Atomic Clock and Watch Accuracy! THANK YOU Tomas Hubalek!
2024-08-17 | ImarSchmo | The app works fine, but be careful when purchasing any of the MANY upgrades. I mistakenly purchased the wrong one for $4.49 and subsequently immediately purchased a more premium option costing $9.99. There seems to be no way, within the app, to correct the issue. Luckily, my credit card allows me to 'simply' (lol) dispute my errant purchase. I didn't mind the 'gofundmeness' (lolĀ²) of their premium upgrade. However, their optional app upgrade offerings/purchasing could be improved.
2024-07-26 | Harry Grier | Great app. I live right on the border between Eastern and Central time. Depending on where I'm located on the farm and which cell tower I'm pinging, my phone will jump back and forth an hour. That makes for a confusing day. So we keep our phones permanently set to Central time. By not pinging a tower and getting constant time updates the phone drifts forward. Over the course of a couple of months it will be as much as 3 minutes ahead. I know this because of the Atomic Clock app.
2023-12-28 | Matt Ladd | This is the perfect app for getting the time from the atomic clock and also tracking the time on you watches. It allows you to save data points across the life of your watches to determine their accuracy and when it's time for a service. This app is clean and simple. I have the pro version witch is totally worth it for the asking price. No adds or pop-ups. Well worth the lifetime fee.
2023-10-19 | John | This is a great app to monitor multiple watches (in particular manual watches) as well as set them. The only thing I wish they would change or give an option for us to make the 5 second clock beep stop when the app is not in use... Because it still makes noise in the background. Small gripe though.
2023-02-26 | K Z | 26 Feb 23- Full paid version, which is $$$ for what it is. This app is one of the better ones avaliable. Easy to use and no need to wait for the seconds hand to get to zero, a great option which saves time for the end user. I'd recommend some different options with ordering of watches, such as listing the last time a watches accuracy was recorded, etc. As with all things, the app could always be better. Backup is easy to use, but only manual, not auto. I have not seen an update yet.
2022-11-15 | Christopher J. Ohlmann | This is my "go to" App whenever I need to sync up a time keeping device to a very accurate source. It also helps sync up with the seconds with the Greenwich Mean Time tones. I recently saw you can tie it in with your smart watch but unfortunately you can't back it up without having to pay for premium coverage. I don't like anything with fees attached. There's too many expenses in life already. Other than that it's a great App!!
2022-11-03 | Donald McClellan | Originally I got the app to record a sad event. Which it did. Later I bought an Atomic Clock for the home and used the app to make sure the clock correct. As a result I had to go over the new clock instructions again because the app showed the atomic clock was off. I was able to fix the new clock. Rather like the app and now I have it u use it.
2021-08-27 | Sergio Espinoza | Great tool/app for my new found hobby... collecting watches! Nice to be able to sync all pieces with atomic accuracy. Got another app that actually sends the frequency signal so the wrist watch can sync to atomic! PS. if this can functionality could be added this will be the Swiss army knife app for atomic clock accuracy! Either way I bought it (Platinum), keep the good work!
2021-05-28 | Henry Meyne | Works really well and very helpful. I've tried a few similar apps but I'm sticking with this one because it's the most well done. Suggested feature... An optional quick entry mode where you can set up a favorite watch from your list and have it right on the homepage, and do a measurement with one click. Right now it takes six clicks. And I find myself measuring my watch a lot, so this would be even more fun with fewer clocks! |
