I've been using Daylio for many years and have always found it useful, but it has become invaluable since I have become disabled with multiple chronic conditions. Tracking my many, many symptoms, and with the help of all the different filtering tools, has helped me to identify patterns and gain a better grasp on my daily life.

So far it's pretty user friendly and easily customizable. I enjoy the ease of entries and how it reminds you often. Thought it was funny that the grammar was off on an achievement they gave me; couldn't even understand what it was commending me for. Had to do with an award for "3 Rad Days in a Row" and the message was lost in the translation I guess, but other than that pretty cool app

helps log moods n regulate emotions. was recommended to me and I really enjoy it. also for therapy on your own try the VOS app. it really helps when you can't find a therapist you connect with. there are many people needing many types of different help. make sure u use free trials, put in dummy cc numbers if it doesn't authorize, and use only one you keep a small balance on just for trial memberships and such. so u don't have to keep ordering cards.

Plenty of apps allow you to log into one account to utilize across platforms. This app's log in is platform specific. Meaning I have a separate journal on Apple through iCloud and another on Android through Google. I can transfer from one to the other but I cannot use simultaneously. Which also means I have to pay for two separate subscriptions. I just wish I knew that before purchasing the Premium on my phone since I primarily use my iPad.

excellent app, would reccomend the pro subscription legitimately. often with apps like these, I quit because it becomes more about the number in the streak rather than the actual task of Journaling, but this app allows you to go back and fill days and not lose a streak, so I can surely focus on actually getting quality entries. on day 681 and counting, once again would highly reccomend.

I love this app it's really helpful! I just have a suggestion for the app that I'd love to be added. I'd love if you could add an entry that was just a note without having to add a mood; so when you click the plus, you have a "Note" option! Even if it's premium only (I have premium), I think that'd be super helpful! Love the app, though! Helps me a lot with my mental health. I struggle to stick to a journal and this is so easy and customizable that I actually do it daily. Thank you so much 💙

I'm really bad at keeping a journal but I still want to be able to check up on myself. This app is perfect, it's working really well and I do recommend it. I can track repeated activities, add notes with other details, plus pictures and voice recordings. I like it.

Great! I've used it for a while and probably one of the longest been on a dairy app. wish it had a website version and transcription, but super incredible service. Easy to see snap shots of my mood and feelings and see what affects me. (4/8/23) Update: adding that I've stuck with this and it's made Journaling so easy. Best app and so simple for my needs. Just wish had PC compatibility, but I do know some work around.

Original post 2017: It's really easy to navigate, very user friendly and easy to customize. I set the reminder to ask me twice a day how I am doing. It congratulates me when I make an entry which makes me smile and motivates me. Edit Oct 3 2024: I still use this app every day. It's been instrumental in tracking my mental health and I also use it as a diary with photos and notes. I will always make sure I have this app linked to my device. Got a streak of 2563 days and counting! 1000/10 recommend

I have a problem with journaling, and other selfhelp apps dont catch my attention. This app has everything I need to track my moods, and the UI is so colorful and easy I cant help but be consistent. Theres a big popup that lets me record my mood on the spot. I can elaborate if I want through personalized emojis, voice, or written memos. But I don't have to. There are graphs and statistics, so my therapist and I use this as a tool to help track my high/low patterns over time. Highly recommend.
