2024-11-20 | Errol Alonzo Ramos | Leaves much to be desired for beginners. I really wanted to like this app. I even bought the one year subscription, but I won't be renewing. More often than not, the chords are off, and reporting them seems to be useless. The looping feature is a nightmare to use, and loops can't be saved. Finding a specific section of the song is also very annoying. The YouTube window is miniscule, even on large screens like tablets, and can't be resized. Every time I used this app, I ended up frustrated.
2024-11-03 | S G (Truth Music) | Forced to download from the internet, then you go through hoops to end up with them wanting to charge you. I'm so tired of time-wasting surprise charges. I prefer paying for everything all around once, one time charge, and done. Fine, that is manageable. Stop the gimmicks, however. Transparency goes much further with me. Tell me the cost FIRST! Not after wasting my time and forcing me to download junk that I don't want on my device!
2024-10-16 | chuck mercer | This app is amazing! I've learned every song I play live from this app. If I made a suggestion it would be to make it possible to remove separate tracks i.e. guitar, bass, drums, vocals etc. this would allow the player to put his own work with his favorite musician and/or band. I would recommend chordify 100% for novice and skilled alike!
2024-09-23 | Todd Van Fleet | Playing an instrument is as infinite a journey as you want it to be. Chordify is great for whatever journey you're in with guitar. 2+ decades I've been on that journey performing & recording Drummer. Lifelong student. I'm new to guitar. Chordify is great for me because I learn chords without reading music. Practicing while having fun playing to my favorite bands. I like riffs! This app is only chords. So I try to figure the riff out from the chord. Or call my guitar player.
2024-08-14 | Nun Ya | It's super lame that knowing where to put the capo is a premium feature. And I hate the everytime I turn my screen from landscape to portrait I have to watch an ad to be able to leave the screen just to watch another ad to go back in because the music to play along with doesn't work when you go from landscape to portrait and from portrait to landscape.
2024-06-19 | Steve | This app is user friendly and easy to use and understand. I'm sure glad they added in the instrument tuner. Rather than going out of the chordify app just to tune my instrument using another partner app, then going back into the chordify app. Now that's saving time and frustration. Love this app and it's about time for me to renew my subscription. It's time to jump on the promotion they have going on at 75% off the 52$. Now it's only 26$ for the whole year. Thanks Chordify for the joy. Peace.
2024-06-18 | Jen Crossley | We have the Premium +Toolkit version of Chordify. We love it! This app has lots of amazing features. You can slow down the music while you are learning, add a capo, and so many more useful tools and settings. The best thing about this app for us though, is that it is accessible for my visually impaired son. The text is bold and you have the option to enlarge it, and the UI is uncluttered. Their customer service is responsive and top notch! Highly recommend this app!
2024-04-09 | Urfavbozo | The app is basically filled to the brim with ads. On multiple occasions when I try learning a song, it would shove an ad in my face for about 5 seconds. Which would be completely fine if it didn't kick me out of the song every time I click it out, causing me to have to click the song and repeat the process over and over again, making the song practically inaccessible. And the moment I DO finally get in, the chords are way off. SMH.
2024-01-04 | William Dowling | disappointed... I bought the year subscription, thinking this would be a great way to learn more songs to play on Ukulele, but it's literally just a chord reader that guesses at chords to songs it pulls off of YouTube. it doesn't even show you where the chords are in relation to the song your playing. and if you transpose the songs, the music doesn't transpose along with it, so you play chords that don't match with the music. there are free apps out there that are way better than this.
2022-12-07 | Carl Beckman | This is a really user friendly app for playing along with just about any song you can request. And many different versions available for each song. If you know your chords, it's an awesome tool for learning songs. I highly recommend it. I pay like $7 and some change to be able to have this really great tool. With this app, you can check it out, try it out and select 3 songs per day and see if it's a good tool for your needs. It has many different attributes/tool too. I highly recommend it. |
