Booking appointments through booksy is pointless, because the stylist will still try to cancel your appointment, or reschedule the appointment. The stylist get the clients confused with other clients so the appointment that you scheduled was pointless even though your text clearly show your appointment time, and date. Discounts on the site are not honored you get told that the discount shown should have not been there. I thought booksy was supposed to be a professional, but it is not at all.

Booking was straight forward and easy. When I arrived for my appointment, it was someone's house with no indication or signage for a business. Noone answered the door and I left after knocking, ringing doorbell, and standing on some random porch. While I was leaving 2 young men came out to their car and drove away. When I went back into the app, I cancelled and was marked as a no-show. Not sure what kind of situation I just dodged?! Please be careful of who/what you are booking with!?!

It's good I give a 5..It doesn't mess up haven't really had a lot of problems with it. gives you a lot of reminders which is cool especially for a person that is very busy with a lot on their calendar I also like the fact that you can look at other businesses and explorer which is not always an easy thing to do. and you can look at other businesses anywhere in-country basically... so if you're out of town you can book an appointment with a Barber that you've never been to.. very convenient
