just started, so it's really strange to try & give a real review. so far, it is easy to navigate, use the player & choose different workouts. audio directions are good, but when you don't know what a move is, I did find it hard to concentrate on the movement & look at my phone. guessing that will change with time as I grow more accustomed to the movements. I will come back later & update.

Each time that I have started a routine the app has started in the middle of a pose that is not explained. The routines have ended in the middle of a pose/sequence without a cool down or anything. I selected that I would like to spend 30 minutes a day on this and each time I have come in and been given 6 minutes of nonsense. One of the moves/poses today was to "worm my foot a step forward and worm it back". All of this seems like AI generated "yoga" that makes no sense.

I like some of the workouts, but they are not one flowing exercise, but a bunch of prerecorded exercises blended together. Some are actually completely computer created. Some workouts have someone talking and explaining the workout the whole time, while another I tried only gave a very limited explanation of the pose, and then was silent until the next pose.
