I am disabled and applied for a reduced rate through MATS, but the go2 bus app still overcharges me, even when I enabled the disability feature in the settings that will allow me to have a reduced rate when the ride is booked. So, now, I just call in to book a ride instead of using the app. I only use the app to track the driver to know when he/she is coming. | |
2024-03-18 | Danielle D | Edit: My issue was resolved! The app is generally easy to use, and I can typically get a ride quickly. However, there are not many drivers. Previous response: It was great until I couldn't use it. Other people experienced the same problem. The payments for the ride will fail, and it will notify me that the card isn't valid. It does not matter what card I use. I wish I could use it. | |
2024-03-18 | JAMES DRGREEN | Recently the app has been saying that my payment method is invalid and that is just not the case. I have also had friends and family say that the exact same error has happened to them, I hope this can resolved soon so I can use this app again. |
