i have anxiety and this app works well. Sometimes I just feel anxious out of nowhere but good thing this app helps me track my mood, sleep, symptoms and a lot more things. the people around me noticed how my mood had changed lately and i thank this app for that. i would definitely recommend this app to my friends and family members that struggle with anxiety.
