I'm using it because I've yet to find one that really works but this one had a major deficiency. You can't add to existing contact, can't add from clipboard and editing is so difficult that I have to go to the phone's contact app to make changes so they appear in this app. I've mentioned this before but no updates. One other negative is not being able to set phone to automatically open with speaker phone.

Many years ago I easily downloaded Drupe and began to use just the caller id. Then two days ago I had to delete a bunch of apps including Drupe. So when I was able to reload the app, of course, I got the most recent version, but signing up required sharing tons more personal information than I remember from seven or eight years ago. Now as much I enjoyed the caller id pop up with stored info from my contact notes, all the "agreements" worried me and made me pass this time around.

Leaving a new review. Drupe fixed everything that I was having issues with on the latest update (contacts in a specific list not showing up in the app). They even provided me with the previous version which did not have this issue so that I could use it while they sorted out the issue! This is a good developer and a great app! T-Mobile Google Pixel 7A
