2024-11-03 | James Brown | A really excellent audiobook player - the best I've found by a long way. I listen to a lot of programmes downloaded from the radio, and this app is perfect for this purpose. It's easy to set up a default directory and very easy to put files into a preferred playing order. The app is very sensitive to slight touches on the screen but the History feature makes it easy to go back to where you were.
2024-10-24 | Pankaj Raj | I never write feedback of Apps on Playstore, but this app is amazing and I can't help writing about it. This is the best app for playing Audio Files on your device offline. Premimum fee is only Rs. 90, and even free version is very well working, it never shows adds but limits some features, these faetures can be unlocked for next 24 hours buy just solving a simple maths quiz. I love this app, and my salute to the developer.
2024-01-29 | Laura Taylor | I haven't used it long so this might change, but I'm really enjoying it right now. I really like the personalization features. Update (1/28/24): I still love it better then the other apps, but I took away one star because it's not able to play some audiobooks without the app glitching. Example: when I play the audiobook & then I hit pause, rewind, &/or fast-forward, the app restarts the book every time. It's not the file because it does works just fine in a different audiobook player app.
2023-06-25 | John Bentley | Excellent on the whole! My only qualm is that it seems to have issues connecting to the store and, when it can't connect, it won't recognize if you've purchased the full version or not. My favorite feature is the sleep timer that will let you listen to the end of the chapter or a certain period of time without worrying that you'll miss a lot if you fall asleep listening... But it only works when the app recognizes that you have the full version.
2023-04-27 | Simona Bartolotta | Best free audiobook player app available at the moment, in my opinion (and I've tried quite a few of them). Option to change playback speed is available in the free version, and if your audiobook is split in multiple files, as you listen the app displays your progress within both the partial file and the complete book. It's also very intuitive and easy to use. I have zero complaints so far!
2023-01-26 | Kat Kit | The layout is so clean and I haven't noticed any jumping around. I can play with a timer or turn it off completely. It would be the perfect app for me except that it doesn't make a card in the notification screen like every other App i've tried (even after restart). I still love the app though.
2022-07-20 | Adrian Ramirez | Best player for audio bible. Most players either don't sort in correct alphabetical order (my bible books are numbered from 1 to 66), or they arrange the books based on what has been played recently. That's not how you want the bible sorted, it needs to be sorted in ascending order so I can find which book I want to read. And I don't want books of the bible mixed up with other audiobooks, so a separate app is necessary for the bible since all players jumble all books together in one place.
2021-06-18 | Julia Taylor | Better than average player with excellent cataloging and organization. It tracks new, started or finished status and has robust custom tagging options. Tips & Tricks in settings helps some, but you still must explore a bit to find all the great features. My big gripe: playback defaults (like speed) aren't global; they apply to media added/scanned after the change. Editing a title, author, or narrator (an unexpected and useful feature) updates the app database and leaves file metadata unchanged.
2021-04-28 | Yunki Paik | Best audiobook player app hands down. The UI design is highly functional yet without clutter. It gives me the maximum flexibility to manage and organize my own audio book files. It just works very solidly. The developer is highly responsive and promptly answers my email. Highly recommended.
2021-02-13 | Nicholas Ashley | After years, I have decided to try this app. I think it beats Listen Audiobook Player because of the design, the user interface is a little smoother. The only area in which it does not excel is the notification. It looks basic and the colors are ridiculous and it stays at the bottom of my notifications instead of at the top where all other player notifications stay. |
