2022-06-30 | Daulton Trahan | Not sure why so many people have issues with the app. Majority of the issues I've read in these reviews are due to user error. Don't overthink it, just complete the sections required and when you're done click on "completed course" tab, fill in your information and send it off. You can download the PDF right after. Works perfect for me! Received full credit.
2021-07-29 | Jaiden McElyea | The app basically refuses to even open even months out from the actual eligibility period. I tried downloading it again last minute and it still has the same error. This is absolutely bs.
2021-07-28 | Jordana | Doesn't work for Google Pixel 2XL anymore? I have been getting "Bad request" error since last month. Previously, I was 3/4 the way through and trying to finish the end, and now I have to restart completely using the website
2021-03-12 | Kyle Ollague | It's disappointing that this app does not have any of the necessary pdfs needed for actual study. All it is is just a list of links where more than half don't provide any way to access the material. It's about as useful as the e-learning study guide.
2020-01-29 | A Google user | It does not retain exam completion information. Iit says I passed the course but then it tells me that it's not able to record my course information and that I have to restart all over again. This was the 2nd time the app has done this to me. First time DENow I'm very behind to completing on the due date - January 31st. I'm not very happy. I also tried Navy E-earning that continued to freeze the program prevented from working each time as well. I sent my complaint to you before no response.
2020-01-15 | A Google user | Do not use this app for official certification. I completed the certification on the required date, and the drop box link it sends to download does not work. The only option to regain a cert is to have a copy rewritten dated post fact issued, which interferes with proof of completion deadlines. When offered to send to FLTTMPS, following the directions does not actually reflect your completion in there. If this problem is resolved, I'lll update my review to reflect so. Study material only.
2020-01-01 | A Google user | Completed PMK course ware and attempted to send certificate to myself. The first attempt ended in with an email containing several lines of code. I tried again and saved it to my gmail. That was the only way it would save as a readable pdf file. Problem is it doesn't remember actual completion date, it uses current date. Since the app has you enter dod id it should be able to save actual date.
2019-12-16 | A Google user | Don't take the exams through the app just go to navy e-learning. The email it sent with the certificate is in an unreadable .erg format. It also didn't send NSIPS, e-learning, or Fltmps any confirmation. Then the app updated and cleared my progress so I have to do it all over again. Not worth.
2019-12-14 | A Google user | Don't waste your time. I completed the course on the app only to receive a certificate with no score on it and then found there is no point of contact to fix the problem. Had to retake the entire course on Navy E-learning for it to be validated. The navy needs to delete this app.
2019-12-04 | A Google user | You would assume a tab called "Eligibility Study Materials" in an app designed for mobile use would have actual study materials. Surprise! It doesn't. There are just links to a bibliography PDF and some PDFs describing the pmk-ee system. The bibliography doesn't even link to the resource. Every link is just too the BOL NPC homepage where you then have to search for the actual document. Man. How convenient on a tiny phone screen with limited network access. |
