2024-01-23 | The Doc | Update as of 22 JAN 2024: I updated the app to the newest version and got through the entire self-study course, including all of the tests. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of the page where it congratulated me on competent the course, because as soon as I hit the "Get Certificate" button, the app crashed and now won't even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. Crashes every time I finish the final assessment and will not re-open.
2023-11-03 | Brian | Nutrition self-study course will completely "bug out" following completion of the 5th module. Upon completion of final quiz, the app closes and you can't reopen the app until you clear all data which resets your course completion back to the beginning. Tried it again and bug happened again. Tried my wife's new phone and it still happened. Needs fixed so we can receive credit for completion. Better yet put this course on the web instead of the app. PRT calculator works well.
2023-10-24 | Samir Carter | Decent information. The self paced course crashes the app permanently once you complete all assessments. Don't make it a dang requirement when the course doesn't work. All the money the Navy has, and y'all can't hire anyone with more than 2 months of coding experience.
2023-03-10 | Andy Klingensmith | The good: it gives you the information you need to calculate your PRT score. The bad: get rid of the sliders. Why are there sliders for weight and age? It's so much easier to enter that information with a key pad. If you're going to stick with the slider, for the love of all that is holy, please move the + and -. I've lost count of the amount of times today I zeroed out the time trying to spam the - to reduce the time
2021-02-23 | Terrance Fields | The app is good but with the new standards already going to take affect this next cycle, it'd be great to have the documents updated on this app. The feedback button doesn't work as well. I would've given it 5 stars if this worked. Recommend fixing those two issues.
2020-01-02 | A Google user | Zero stars but that is not an option!!! Slow, crashes all the time, difficult to navigate. Another quantity driven product from Millington to pretend it's about Sailors, but truly, its about ensuring jobs!!! Do better Navy and stop allowing good idea fairies to push more and more products to the fleet that doesn't help!
2019-10-15 | A Google user | Slow. It's faster to look up official numbers online. Sliders are pointless. It is faster to type the numbers. Removing the sliders would clear up the interface. Several resources require connectivity, making it useless underway. Selecting Downloadable Content consistently crashes the application. The biggest problem is the app is painfully slow to load everything, especially when "everything" boils down to about a dozen PDFs and a bad ui over what should be a very simple calculator.
2019-05-13 | A Google user | This app is broken! At first it worked like a charm but, being the Navy, it isn't up with the times anymore. The app has a MAJOR flaw where you cannot unpack the app past 50% after opening it. It hasn't worked since around October of 2018. So the app was only operational for a few months. Please update this so it can work on Android 8 and 9. Otherwise most of us will likely use the third party PRT calculators which actually work.
2019-05-03 | A Google user | This was a great app when it worked. Now it wokt get past the 50% mark on the disclaimer screen. I know it works on some phones and is a great tool. I've also emailed the help desk to see about getting it fixed and haven't heard anything. Galaxy S10+.
2019-04-30 | A Google user | I love this app and use it all the time, but recently in the last couple of weeks I have been unable to open the app after getting my new S9. it is stuck at the disclaimer screen at 50%. another message pops up saying bad request please try again later |
