2024-09-01 | Martha Terault | I ordered some free items and paid for shipping. The company has not even sent me an email regarding tracking. I do not trust it.
2024-06-26 | Amanda Webb (Mandy Mouse) | I had downloaded this app over a year ago but was waiting until I had enough money to buy all the best boxes of items you had now it's changed and everything you're selling you can find multiple places such as ali express temu shein and Amazon for soooi much cheaper what happened to your old boxes of items you could purchase I wanted one of everything but I'll be danged if I use your app rn n purchase anything it's a rip off rn change it back
2023-04-15 | Jennifer Brown | This app is similar to Temu or Wish, with all due respect it's like second tier to AliExpress or DHGate. You can get 2 "FREE"items a day, however the shipping costs $10-$15 for an item that could be purchased from AliExpress for approximately $10, which you add the cost of shipping and then you can plainly see the price of the product you are ACTUALLY really paying. Not the best app, but definitely not the worst in terms of rip off prices.
2022-08-07 | Jonathan Black | This company is such a scam. Make sure you triple check EVERYTHING before you check out so you know what you're actually getting charged - especially if using a "gift card" or "store credit". Never in my life heard of a gift card being defined the way they do. Had a $25 gift card from Google for being a Guide. Tried to use and they ignored it in checkout. Got a refund, then I couldn't use the gift card bc they were "limited". Got a store credit but somehow paid full price anyway. NEVER AGAIN!
2022-06-22 | Karolina Ska | I purchased a smart watch which took almost a month to get here, from China, in clearly used condition. There were scratches on the face of the watch as well as on the back where the sensor would connect to your skin. There is nothing smart about this watch either. It is just a glorified heart rate monitor. False advertisement; making you think you're getting a nice item for free. If it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't. I only purchased one item so 🤷
2021-06-27 | Sarra Rohr (Kaedyn) | Last item I got was broken. It was a jade roller (gua sha). I've bought about 12 things from here & they're over priced, a few items were awesome. The current list of items... The "usual" cost is made up. I saw a makeup item that I KNOW is $5 in store. In this app it has $132 crossed out with $12 as the cost. Haha no. Just no. I see something I like on here and instantly go online with the name of product and see how much it REALLY is. Usually is $10 to $60 cheaper to buy elsewhere than on here
2021-06-11 | William Chamblin | I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription for this app (that I never signed up for), and it continues to charge me monthly. The few things that I bought from this app are pretty low quality, and one item was broken. They were very responsive and considerate however, and gave me a refund for the item.
2020-12-24 | Scott Rowell | I'm giving swift gift a 1 star review for all the cheap knockoffs that they have on their app. I have gotten a pair of earbuds from them and they came with a 3 or 4 inch USB wire. How are you supposed to charge them with a wire that small? and not mention they were broken within the first few days of getting them in the mail. This app is so not worth the time if you want electronics. Plus they offer free gifts, but really you have to pay 14.99 for shipping and handling.
2019-05-01 | A Google user | Unethical behavior. Received a 'gift' which never appeared after having download app. App sent a 'gift' to my contacts without me doing it. Their reply is a lie, optional means I select and send. Not I get a message I may have been hacked because my contact got a notice when I didn't send anything from the app. This app needs to be shut down.
2019-05-01 | A Google user | DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!! ESPECIALLY using your Facebook login! It will automatically send a message to ALL of your friends telling them YOU have sent them a "gift." If they take the bait and installs the app using their Facebook login, it repeats the cycle with each subsequent person it tricks into it. READ THE PERMISSIONS!! Why does it need access to your contacts or to the contents of your SD card?? I tried to give this 0 stars, but Google won't allow it. 😡 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! |
