2024-11-18 | Nathan Grech | Actually awesome. Location was a bit iffy sometimes but all in all allowed me to track competitors and hunt them down for photos easily. Keep up the good work.
2024-09-09 | Mark Onopa | First time user tracking a first time Ironman participant. This app kept me updated for each portion of the triathlon. I was able to position myself easily in great viewing locations because I knew the approximate time of my participants arrival.
2024-09-08 | termenzor | It's alright app, limited really by how ironman tracks athletes. During my wife's race neither me or my friend were able to get push notifications to work on our androids, but they were working fine on our friends' iPhones. we ended up just having to watch the app frequently.
2024-09-08 | Fiona Lee | The Ironman tracker is very user-friendly. It is interesting to watch online the progress of the athletes and how close they are to the finishing line. Race records are reliable and prompt. Very impressive!
2024-08-18 | PJB | Exceptional! I use this app to track fellow triathletes during (and after) competitions and it's excellent. Great format/layout/content. Easily accessible. Highly reccomend!
2024-07-21 | Mark Mangum | Followed my brother as he participated in his first IronMan. What a cool experience to follow him at every moment in this app. It shows the overall route, split times, paces, rankings, and the map shows their location in real time ticking away the distance. Very, very cool. Do wish I could see photos, or even post a photo as a spectator, to my athletes profile so others who are following can get a very personal view of the action. Love the app. Worked excellent.
2023-09-10 | Patrick Smith | The app is a great improvement over the previous versions. Major complaint is all of the messages for events whether I have looked at them or not. Even after turning off notifications they somehow get turned back on automatically and continue to be pushed. Very annoying. The app raises unnecessary concern for spectators using to track athletes by not considering long climbs or slower sections on the the course which can drop the average pace and then tells spectators that there could be issue.
2023-07-24 | Ryan Taylor | This app is very useful, both for racing and spectating! Unfortunately, the non-racing notifications are somewhat infuriating. I don't need or want 90% of the event messages that are pushed to my phone. The athlete ones are great, the constant ads and messages about stuff like Team IMF are useless and annoying. What's more, any time I add an athlete to the tracker, I get re-subscribed to event notifications! If these were at least under different categories it would be manageable.
2023-03-05 | Andy Chase | Thanks for the app monitoring relative competing in Ironman Port Elizabeth, 2,000km away. Although the information came through when she reached the distance markers, the live tracking showing her on the course was not operational. Well done for trying = 3/4 of the way there
2022-11-13 | Dallas Millsap | The app works great and for the most part worked well. It was just a little confusing trying to add athletes to my tracker. Also about 2/3 through the race my athlete froze in place on the map, and didn't start moving again on the map until he moved to a different location where there was better service, and the map updated. Another thing is that for about two hours he completely disappeared from the map. It made me very nervous since he was a PC athlete and I didn't know if he was okay or not. |
