2024-11-25 | Jen | I was hoping to use your transportation service as an alternative to uber. While prices are slightly better you make interaction with customers harder. It wouldn't verify my chosen default form of payment and a request for a second card was prompted to keep on file. I don't have a secondary card and that comes off as shady. My selected default card is used many places online as well as stores and it has never been rejected in this manner. You'd actually drive more business if paying was easier.
2024-11-25 | Joe Warren | It's better than Uber but I'm curious. I can't get help on chat or email (can't even find it in the darn app) re: your family account even though it states IN THE APP you have the option but when I choose to continue, it states you don't support it. WTH guys... Either you have it or you don't & if you don't find, THEN FREAKING REMOVE IT FROM OPTIONS! PLZ.
2024-11-23 | Rob Conway | Consistently has issues with showing correct current location. Multiple trips tried showing "current location" as a previous trip's origin point, and would not update even after multiple restarts of the app. I only use Lyft when Uber prices spike due to high volume, and will continue to do so until this app works as intended.
2024-11-20 | Tracee L Prysock | This app is so convenient and makes it easy to schedule a ride and see the arrival time of the driver's. It's absolutely great, and Lyft is much cheaper than Uber. If at all I have an issue with a driver, they respond by text or email promptly. What's great is you can choose which sex of the drivers you want, male or female. Lastly, you are able to view the driver and, of course, the license number, which helps.
2024-11-20 | Karen | What kind of app doesn't let you have a place to contact a person or leave feedback? Well this one. How does a transportation app not get the concept that when you're leaving an airport, you are trying to get a ride from arrivals. At the Piedmont international airport when you pick up your baggage and request a lift it tells you to go to departures. What? That makes zero sense. I do not want to go up an escalator with my luggage. So I always have to ask the driver to come down to arrivals.
2024-11-19 | M M | Despite clicking dispute charges, issue with ride, and everything in the help section, there is no clear way to contact support on the app. No direct contact number or chat function shown. Revolving navigation to report overcharge or "other issue" that leads to nowhere and not resolving my issue. Despite the website saying "faster help on the app", I could only report my issue on the site which gave no confirmation that my request for review was submitted. Poor access to communication
2024-11-18 | Jorge Feijoo | The service has taken out web access for a while, though the app still needs access to features such as calculating ride costs (outside of immediate booking), and most of all, suggesting road updates and reporting technical issues. Neither of the last two have any option on the app, making it impossible to report disparities on routes or issues with the app.
2024-11-14 | Jeff Sellers | Tonight was not a good experience my fare was over 17.00 dollars at 8:00. I looked a little while ago to see how much it would be to get to this evenings pick up location and it was less than 17.00 dollars how outrageous and I got charged a waiting fee when I had the correct pick up location and I had to wait for him to find it once he got near I had to text him the address I am unsatisfied and I expect a full fare refund. The apps help is useless. Maybe add a talk to representative feature
2024-11-12 | Antonio Warren | 8+ years. Amazing service. I've had my mixed share of drivers. Both good and bad. (Mostly good.) The only thing that prevents me from giving this app 5 stars is being charged (2x or 3x) for rides and having to DAYS to get my cash. (They always put it back though..) Let me explain. One week I had about $100. I got 2 rides for 2 days ($20 ea.) First ride was charged 3x. The second was charged 2x. so even though I spent $40. It equalled $100. I had to add more money just to get another ride.
2024-11-11 | Ricardo Rios | If you use this service...drivers can charge extra if they feel like the tip wasn't enough. They will make a mess in their car and claim it was you and charge a cleaning fee. There's also no way to contact customer service directly. Moving forward I will not be using this service. There are other ride apps that are better with better features. If you do use this app for rides, take recordings of your experience. |
