    Honestly the biggest downgrade ever. Not an intuitive app at ALL. It's so hard trying to find things on this app compared to the previous one. Even the UI/UX. Also it's not processing my "Trust this device" request. Like how am I supposed to transfer stuff? I miss the breakdown of things I spent on etc. Where the color? Living being a beige wife was not on my wishlist.

    I was using LIV from last many years but if you face any issue and if your payment get stuck, there is no one to help, my 3,000 AED got stuck from last 8 months and still no hope to solve this issue, I lost my 3,000 AED, very bad experience. I will edit my review if my issue will be resolved, thank you.UPDATE: 1 representative was assigned to resolve this issue, I am very happy for this update, I hope this issue will be resolved. I will update here.

    Thanks for the support. I appreciate what you did today. Some portals in the apps need to be updated to have a user-friendly interface, like the one directly in WhatsApp. The code is creating complications; it wasn't like this before. I've been using Liv for almost four years now.

    Bad service!. I didnt get my interest rate credited to my account as per schedule. And when you go for customer support. They will just leave without giving explanation about this delay. For 3 yrs plus been doing business with liv bank and this is what i get. Super poor services. Bettet to close this account and find better bank!

    After migration to Liv x, I am unable to update my emirates ID and personal details because of this smart pass. Activation of smart pass is always unsuccessful. I prefer the older version. If theres other option to activate it , like through UAE pass app, then it would be much easier.

    This is complicated for no reason. 1) I am compelled to share contacts without which the app won't function (2) I'm compelled to accept all conditions including receiving promotions. Why?? (3) it keeps sending me to Gmail for activation of smart pass. The code is received, but what do I do with it??? It does not provide any channel where the code has to be input. MOST HORRIBLE APP! The original app was what seamless banking is called, not this. Disappointed!

    The new Liv app makes the customer journey unnecessarily longer for simple transactions. Also, the help center does not provide the detailed FAQ and there are unnecessary emails/SMS sent for everything. Definitely prefer the UI/UX of the previous app

    Hey team, I hope you're aware that your new ui idea was a total blunder the old app was better in every sense this new app is total garbage and now I'm gonna go change my bank because of same. Please escalate this query and let them know that this was a blunder for liv I've been using it since 2021 when i was a student and now I'm super disappointed with the same. Also applied for card renewal no acknowledgment no further follow up nothing pure garbage.

    This is the worst experience I had! They are updating app all the time that cause problems. They have short password but the app will ask you the long password for no reason. When I submitted the wrong password 3 times they blocked me and password recovery is not working!! It's complicated with the call from the bank that doesn't redirect you anywhere. No web version! When I left a claim they did nothing and closed it as resolved despite I asked not to do it. I just lost access to my money
