2023-07-14	Matthew Birdzell	Poorly designed for phones. Posts appear like their being published. Yet they just reload the Create post page and clear all captions. I have to manually switch logins as several of the pages I manage are personal ones. Yes, they need to be business. But even with logging in, the app doesn't want to recognize switching accounts. Page responsiveness is bad. Why do I need to redownload a post for Instagram just to upload it again in the posting process? The desktops website is alright at best.

I have switched to a business account on Instagram and paid for a membership but the app will not stay connected to my Instagram account. Even while using the app the "refresh your connection" notification will pop up multiple times. I've scheduled posts for a week and NOT one will post automatically AND THEN when you want to manually post the content you've worked IN ADVANCE for you can't! You have to copy and paste it to Instagram and do it yourself.

I left a poor review before because you can't auto publish posts with a creator account (but music can't be used on stories with a business account so I didn't wanna switch) but that's not even Later's fault, it's Instagrams. aside from that this is truly so amazing and helpful for building a personal brand!!!! autosaved captions, multiple socials, and saving photos??? it's a lifesaver especially if you're scatterbrained!!!
2022-05-28	S M	I'm not sure why this app is so broken. I downloaded it to preview how new photos will look on my Instagram page. That feature worked for one day and now I can't preview my feed at all. You can't delete any photos you've added to your "media library." The tutorial it forces you into doesn't actually explain anything and you can't exit the tutorial, so I was stuck in tutorial mode for a bit too.
2022-03-10	Alexis Distad	What an awful product. Literally useless. I have to continue to reconnect it to my social, because it always disables itself. Now it won't connect at all and I have to manually push posts live from my phone. And on top of that, the push notifications aren't working. It literally doesn't work from any of my devices. I've paid for a year that I can't use and there's no customer service no assist in me getting it back working or a refund. See you later, Later.
2021-11-24	A. Rahema Mooltrey	I don't even know why I tried to use this app again. Sometimes it autopost, sometimes it doesn't. All support is via email. Definitely DON'T DO A YEAR LONG SUBSCRIPTION! I tried to cancel mine because the removed so many features from my subscription level and added them to more expensive ones. They said I had 30 days to cancel (which I didn't see anywhere) and it was too late. Never got my 150 back and barely use the app with all the glitches though I am trying to use the self post option so I don't totally lose out on all of my money. :/ Also, even if Instagram disables your account for some reason, you are still stuck paying Later.
2021-08-10	Meditating Munky	This app has so much potential but it's really terrible at the same time. Setting up posts was easy and extremely useful. Unfortunately the app doesn't autopost but instead prompts a notification for you to approve the post you already set up. Then it keeps signing me out and missing my planned posts. In one week of using this I have had to put in more work than I would have to just post my stuff on social media in the first place, and posts are getting skipped over every day.

All the features available using the pc website are not available on the app: best post times, ability to crop pictures, doesn't allow you to post across multiple platforms. There are other issues, but I'm too frustrated right now to list them all. Just know the app sucks, but the website version doesn't.
2021-06-30	Rhiannon Baker	Great website, terrible app. Later is a great service for managing social media at a free or cheap cost (if you choose to pay). The mobile app does not seem to be working properly. I cannot upload photos or videos. I am also having a problem with endless amount of notifications that will not go away. They say "Later Media Upload" but they are not uploading. They stay at 0%. There seems to not be a way to delete them. Please fix this you guys. 😰🙏 I'd recommend their website for now.
2021-03-19	Chloe Johnson	No thanks. I had issues that I could see would be a whole thing to try and get past to even use the app. The way Later has people set up is very frustrating and limiting. It didn't even work right on my phone. I couldn't login. Useless. The platform and the design looked great but it itself kept me from being able to even use it. Spent too much time on it. Save your time, try Planoly?
