Hypsometer - Measure Tree Height Accurately
"Hypsometer" is an Android app designed for measuring the height of trees and similar objects. It operates based on a standard height of 160 cm, allowing users to adjust this value through a menu. To take a measurement, users aim at the base of the object, press the distance button to calculate the distance, and then aim at the top of the object. Note that both the object and the measuring position must be level for accurate measurements, and the app requires horizontal positioning to avoid errors due to tilt. Designed for ease of use, it provides a straightforward way to gather height data in various environments.

User reviews
Nice app to get clarity of height and all of the qualities but it can improve Better. Hope it may give exact measurements of everything. Because in my project it helps a lot this app but little bit it was not giving correct measurements.
You'd think something this easy would be easy to use. No. I could have climbed the tree and measured faster than trying to figure out this app. Distances keep dancing and never the same twice. Save the time and frustration and avoid this app
Seems to work, but the RED crosshair is very difficult to see in bright sunlight, especially for those of us with Red-Green deficiency sight (color blindness). It would be easier to use if the crosshair was YELLOW and slightly thicker. In app instructions are not available in English.
