Tiles are too small and they won't give a refund...very disappointed 😞

Recently is has been acting up and just shutting down and I loose my spot in my game level and the shuffle option has disappeared or the hint button. Please fix or send an update available.

I just purchased this game and expected that the what I choose for settings should actually function. I particularly cannot tolerate music when playing majong and subsequently set Sound to OFF. (as well as other settings). However, I am horrified to find the sound keeps blaringly loud at full volume!! None of the other settings are honored either. I expect a refund.
