2023-12-01 | Dri Heart | It doesn't save any photos. Tried to convert but it doesn't save although it says it did the conversion. If it need the contacts permission to do so, than sorry but that's unacceptable and it had nothing to do with converting photos.
2023-11-29 | Tetiana Kushla | It says it needs storage permission but in fact the only permission which is mandatory in settings is "Contacts". If you do not grant access to Contacts you cannot use this app. Very suspicious for an images converter. Uninstalled it without giving it any permissions for sure.
2022-10-31 | AnimeFreak-san | This app does work but only with JPEG/JPG. It doesn't work with PNG but shows the message "image saved" (without the the conversion screen) when it actually isn't saved. I can workaround that issue for now but the most serious one is it increases the contrast in converted images for some reason. Edit: It is been 2 years now and the issues aren't fixed!
2022-08-30 | Helen Nolan | Tearing my hair out trying to send a photo of a document to an insurer, when they couldn't open the heic file that my phone insisted on using. Googled for solutions and Luma came up, didn't take up much space and it successfully converted my heic to a jpeg so I could email it, and more importantly, the recipient could open it. Hurray!
2022-05-06 | Edzard Meyberg | Can't find my converted images. They are not in the specified folder. Thumbnail image opens completely different image. Way to many adds. Can hardly see my own images (small and cropped) amongst all the adds (large and full screen width). Don't even know if it converted anything.
2022-02-01 | Me ! | The app is perfect I had made a mistake and somehow saved hundreds of photos in heic. And for the life of me I could not sort it..then I found this app and for once I had found an app that did the job it was designed to do without any fuss or complications. What a superb app I would fully recommend the app to anyone 😀
2021-09-05 | Rhema Osibe | Great app for android users, spent days finding an app to convert heic format to jpg, and this is just perfect! Just select a folder to save the converted pictures to, you can select multiple pictures and it's fast! And it's free, less ads, offline conversion.
2021-03-29 | Gerry Chick | I paid for the ad free version. No adds but app doesn't work at all or at least I can't work out how to use it. Very disappointing. Seems its pot luck. You get a working app or a rubbish one. I got the latter!
2021-03-09 | Luke Baranouskas | After installation, oddly blank app in the center main screen - the right side "+" button asks if I'd like to open a 'single file' or alternately 'folder', but neither pulls file (had approved permissions access already). Main screen fully remained blank regardless of what was done in app; could not get a single thing to perform, totally inoperable in every way :(
2021-03-07 | Hadassa Nussbaum | Does nothing. I get an error message trying to open a single photo. It doesn't explain the error. Attempting to open all folders, I get a menu with one folder. It says there is nothing in my heic folder......going in circles. All it will allow me to do is go on Facebook. It seems to be determined for me to do that. |
