Otherwise I have to give up and try again later in the day. This happens 9 times out of 10. It is appalling and unacceptable that a huge bank like BGL has this as their app. It shows a high level of negligence and/or incompetence and strongly motivates me to find another bank! | |

So now I am forced to put my client code in my phone. This is highly unsafe since I have no control if and when this happens. For a bank the size of BGL, and especially having had experience with competitor banks' apps, this app leaves a whole lot to be desired. | |
