| 2024-11-30 |  | | Not as good as advertised, missing a lot of features. What is insane though, is that they will allow you to sign up and pay on mobile but they don't allow you to cancel the service on mobile devices, even though they say you can. It simply takes you in circles, and never let's you cancel, but never says you need to do so on desktop. If you bring it up to them they will gaslight you by denying it, even if you have video evidence, while also not making any attempts to fix it. |

Both desktop (web version) and Android used to be synced. But it's been a few months now that they won't sync. What I see on chrome web vs android app vs Microsoft edge web are all different. Fortunately, I didn't pay, but was considering upgrade when it worked. Reached out to customer support, they asked for screenshots, but still no fix. |

It worked great for a while but now when I select images and try to swap them it either doesn't work or it shuffles random pictures that I don't have selected. Makes it near impossible to organize my feed |
| 2022-01-15 |  | | I have a paid version. It used to be such a great app. Now it is filled with unnecessary options. And it barely works. It does not let you delete assets. Though it says they are deleted. It glitches every time you try to add a business account (it works on other apps). And it does not show reels unless you add an account as business (which you can't do since the app glitches). So adding reels to the feed is impossible. Could not be more disappointed. |
| 2022-01-12 |  | | This app is so glitchy and never works properly. For example, if you try to delete something it will just say "Asset deleted" but not actually delete it. Almost every function does something like this regardless of how many times I uninstall the app or close it or power down my phone. I would love this app if it actually worked, but unfortunately it rarely does. |

The cache have refuced to clear and my phone overheats... It's frustrating and I need it removed from my phone since I can not.😠😤 |
| 2021-07-24 |  | | I am getting entirely fed up with this app, it works for about a month on whatever new device it is installed, suddenly and without warning things start going wrong. The IG feed won't load, at one point all of my images had a solid white bar through the center and now, none of my images will show up when I try to connect it to Insta, it keeps giving me error messages and saying I need to contact developer. Not sure the point of this as I am still waiting for the last two F-ups to be fixed. |
