2024-10-25 | YJ | I obtained a lifetime subscription a while back and have enjoyed this app in that time. After the recent update, I was logged out of my account and am unable to log back in. I messaged the app creator for some explanation or an estimate for how long until this issue is fixed and await a response. I have an Android. This is very disappointing as I had found this app very well-made and enjoyable until now. Update - the bug appears to be fixed. I never did receive an email response to my inquiry.
2023-09-02 | Samantha Smith | The app is not free, you must pay for the subscription. I wish that this was shown better. From the short lessons that I was able to do, I like the app and it worked well for the most part. I did encounter some bugs with the sound. I didn't like the font style in the app because it made it difficult to decipher some of the Korean characters.
2022-12-12 | Annaeva Maftuna | I bought yearly subscription, it took my money but I can't access to premium content still showing buy premium to unlock . I emailed to the developer still haven't got any reply . Really disappointed. But the program is really good if only they could fix the subscriptions . Update: they contacted me and fixed the problem ,The app is great after I updated it is again locked and asking me to buy premium 😡😠
2022-08-15 | Abena aka AB | Someone introduced me to Eggbun and I'm so glad they did. I love how each short lesson is presented - the pronunciation and the repetition of words and phrases, the opportunity to practise typing out words or properly putting together words. I'm remembering and retaining more than when I used Duolingo, for example. Since using Eggbun I've been more consistent with my learning. Most of all it's a fun way to learn.
2021-08-07 | Christine Montelongo | I tried finding an app to teach my beginner level husband how to learn Korean and this is the only app that is basic enough and isn't repetitive for him. I tend to like the repetitive ones and he hates them. It also directs you to type the answer, which is practical for everyday life. Perfect app and I am so happy I found it! I haven't experienced the ads yet because we have only done it for 5 minutes.
2021-06-06 | Oluchi Alerege | I have to change my review, I have used this app now for two years and have resubscribed for two more years. It is such a rewarding way to learn. You practice everything. Speaking, reading, writing and the part I absolutely need practice with, sentence formation. Please include more challenging sentence formation exercises. Thank you so much. I'm really enjoying your app and your responses to my sometimes odd requests.
2021-01-04 | Jean Varn | I love how you can go at your own pace and pick courses based on your own goals. The vocabulary and grammar are both very good, with a class option for random/natural conversation to practice. However, I do wish there was more repetition of previously learned vocabulary throughout other lessons. There is a small bug where my weekly lesson count doesn't reset, though its not a big issue. Overall a fantastic app.
2020-08-20 | Mia Martinez | Hi. So I first downloaded this app when I strolled upon an ad. So silly me, it had "Korean" in the title and so I downloaded it. So few minutes ago I tried making an account with Facebook, and it wouldn't let me sign in/make an account? I kept pressing it on, and on, and nothing happened. Unfortunately, I had to delete it. It kinda sucks cause this app had so much potential. Good day. Mia from the US
2020-07-24 | Anna James | This is a subscription app ($12 a month), or you can otherwise do one free lesson per day. However, if you're starting from the beginning (learning Hangul) the lessons are very short; I've been able to complete most in under a minute. It makes the progress feel glacial if paying nearly $150 to use an app for a year doesn't seem like a reasonable investment (and it doesn't to me.) Also, the sound on lessons suddenly stops working about half the time, so there's that. But $12 a month.
2020-07-13 | J.A. | Don't get me wrong its a great app to learn Korean but it crashes Amazing text concept and its so intriguing you want to keep learning. The only problem is it crashes frequently and you can't use it for a while. I upgraded and now when I entered the app it won't let me sign in. Even when I Uninstall and install. I wish you can fix this crashing problem since others are having it too. |
