CPU Stats is the cpu monitoring app I've seen on googleplay lightweight and fast but I also need to know the CPU'S Temperature to accurately take care of my CPU can this be placed in?

Hi there! App is working well ever since. Unfortunately on my Pixel 8 the CPU frequency is not working. Shows 2.3GHz for some time, then the status icon disappears. Is it possible to fix this bug? (Android 14)

How do I turn off the status bar monitor icon? Even if I uncheck and exit it's still there, I'll have to uninstall and reinstall when I want to use it? Other than that seems good. Edit: What I mean is even if I uncheck all the boxes in the app and exit the app the monitor continues to monitor, the icon and quick settings cpu info. Until I uninstall.
