2023-07-06 | Eric Hansen | Tuning car audio, just learning so far, but this app for Android is quite sensitive with only a phone microphone. I have tried a few now and this one seems to be quite accurate. I have a professional db meter and this app is very close to the real thing as well as the hz spectrum meter.
2023-01-22 | Patuleanu Tudor | Excellent. How do I make it show the intensity relative to a soundproofed room (or a very quiet place)? I find it unituitive to have minus decibels (relative to what sound source)? Decibels should always be expressed relative to a quiet source (by convention that would have +0 dB). Update: Thanks for the reply. It makes sense now, although, one question remains: in dBFS what is the maximum level corresponding to 0 dB? Seems to me that this is device specific, or is there a standard?

2020-08-15 | Severn Beach | Just bought this app. Needed to buy as we were using the free version for to long. Really helped in a noise issue we are having with a local factory over the last year. Got the council to do a survey, the output from this app ... perfect match to thier mega expensive calibrated kit. Great app. Suggestion. Peak hold would be nice and log file output. Thanks for a great product. SB United Kingdom
