| 2024-11-28 |  | | There's no save conversation or save all for pictures, and I'm not getting a notification at all now all of a sudden. It apparently also doesn't carry over conversations at all if you sign in on another device, which is stupid. Why is there not a select all with pictures to save? And why are conversations not all carried over if you download and sign onto something new? That's completely stupid. Edit: The fact that this chat app is over 13GB is insanely bad. Edit: 11/27/24 Chat not popping up. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Deleted my entire chat history when switching phones with NO WARNING. The website mentions how to backup but not the app itself. And I couldn't undo it to start a backup. I have literally never felt sicker than realizing all the messages to my partner have been deleted. This used to be my favorite app. Now it's a reminder that it was never properly programmed in the first place. |

I had messages from a passes loved one that I can't even get back!! This is unacceptable!! It kept messages from another friend but not them?! |

I wa never notified that I would need an email on this to transfer my account to a different phone. Recently got a new phone and tried to transfer my account, but it won't let me as I don't have access to my old chats even though they are supposed to be backed up to my Google account. Trash app makes you lose friends. |

Uninstalled then reinstalled, but it would not allow me to log in with my old account. I had to make a completely new one and lost years of chat history and all of my contacts. Thanks for nothing. Complete garbage app. It was great for years and now it's useless. |
| 2024-08-26 |  | | Because I didn't update for ONE day, Line just didn't send anything out of nowhere and I couldn't recieve anything but notifications. So after the update Line randomly doesn't act right messages don't show in your chats, you can't send anything. And notifications stop showing at this point. What the hell is wrong with chatting apps? They're for chatting, not to seek data and break every 5 seconds. Why does it target certain phones out of nowhere?? Give a warning first! |
| 2024-07-30 |  | | You need to fix the transfer issue. My phone broke, I can't use the pre transfer setup. Using an email to sign in is impossible so why even have that option. Requesting help on not being able to sign in sends you an email to an inquiry link to the app that you can't sign in on, make it make sense. And if you make a new account you can't restore from the backup. Shouldn't be hard to fix these things. |
| 2024-07-24 |  | | 1) No matter how many updates over the years, you still send a message, and it says "unable to send" and until closing/reopening several times, it will finally let you "resend" - same goes for incoming: I receive the notification, but I open up the app, and it's blank. 2) Permissions are excessive - to send a voice message, it wants ALL of your permissions, not just the mic, which is a clear invasion. 3) Request to have admin controls in group chats 4) & Keep Voom for the whole world |

Sure things like replies and being able to copy certain parts of the messages instead of all of it are helpful, but the notifications, the intense lag, the errors when sending pictures sometimes, etc, make this hard to want to keep using. The onlu thing really keeping me here rn is that I paid real money for the stickers and themes I have and I like said things. Otherwise, big oof, LINE. |

I am able to receive text, and calls, as well as make calls, unable to send text is my issue I've tried resettingy phone, reinstalling line, transferring back to the old phone and back to new one but I am not sure how to fix this issue without making a new account I got to many stickers that I purchased. |
