This app can play slideshow of your Google Photos and set it as screen saver.
You can choice your favorite albums in Google Photos for slideshow.
** Screen saver is not available on all models.
Google Photos requires Google account and internet connection.
Enable Settings **
- Select albums (Multiple albums or All photos)
- Add overlay (Widget or simple text)
- Change font of overlay
- Display order of slideshow
- Animation at the time of picture switching
- Scale Type
- Media Type (Photo only or include video)
- Switching interval of slideshow
- Brightness collection of photos
User reviews
This app needs work but it seems like the developer is actively improving the app. Unfortunately you can't expand the photo maximum on the phone, leading to a tedious process of using the TV remote and keyboard to type the password over and over. There should be an option to expand by 2,500 and 5,000 at a time for people with many photos. (Apparently the max is 9,500? Also annoying)

Thane Armbruster, 2024-10-14This App is fantastic! I use it on multiple Chromecast devices on my TVs at home. What I enjoy most is if if the app is active when I Turn of the TV and Chromecast it relaunches when the TV/Chromecast are turned back on. Kudos to the dev team, this is the one of the best I've found!

Stephen Sharpe, 2024-10-04This worked flawlessly for a year or so then I added some more photos to an album which appeared to have caused issues. I contacted the developer & within days, the app was updated & the issue solved. I'll be Subscribing again. Excellent app. 5*
