2022-11-17	Serena Olsen	I replayed this game cuz I wanna go through the whole series and play the new one. The story is very sweet, focusing mostly on themes of family relationships especially between parent and child. The gameplay is very simple, a SUPER relaxed restaurant management sim. The ads can be a little intrusive, but I think it's the fault of how poorly designed mobile game ads are these days rather than the game itself. If you have the money, pitch the nice studio a couple bucks to just get rid of them.
2022-08-16	Eric Caraballoso	Absolutely fantastic. First of all, asking for a review when the game is over is just perfect. I didn't want it to end. The pacing is great and I love the chats, they're a nice way to take a break. The energy system is my only complaint, but I had Play Pass to bypass it. The constant strategy of what to cook and balance of rice, entrees and sides was just perfect. Loved it!
2022-06-05	Taylor Howell	This is both a beautiful and enjoyable game to play. It's aesthetically exceptional and the characters are all incredibly endearing. I wasn't expecting something so heartfelt or fun. The team behind this did an incredible job on both gameplay (amazing tutorial, very natural progression, UI is intuitive) and story (I got invested in everyone and actually ugly cried at the couple's final entry.)

It had the causal gameplay of cooking dishes and unlocking new interesting dishes and leveling up the quality of the food, but the story aspect was something I'd never seen before in a game like this. It was very interesting and having played through it the story was really good. The graphics are simple and pleasant and and the gamepass allowed for a completely "no extra fee" game. Five Stars.
2022-05-09	Katya K	I wish there were half stars. I only have one serious gripe... The Shinto shrine for frenzy increase... Being the very last achievement makes it a null accomplishment. You're pretty much done with the game by that time when you would have absolutely needed it prior. I love the game, it is so sweet and so cute- and honestly really reminds me of Tokyo Midnight Diner!! I'd love to see more upgrades available and maybe a new update with new stories!!! But the Shrine upgrade just really bothered me.

The gameplay is super fun and the only ad is a very small one at the bottom of the screen that doesn't ruin the game in the slightest. The challenge to make the right meals for the story customers is really fun too. I hope the developer makes more games like this with a story.
2019-09-14	A Google user	As soon as I got the app it had a long description at the opening about the plot line, which I really appreciated, as most games just throw you in and expect it to make sense when it doesn't. Then as I played through, I talked with a bunch of people, made really delicious sounding food, got money easily, and went along great! I love how the Monk always breaks the third wall to explain things to me instead of the game! Game doesn't even glitch or show many ads! Only bad thing is I got hungry! XD
2019-07-15	A Google user	loved this game, I beat it in less than a day. the story is so heart warming and also intriguing. the only complaint i have is that there are SO many recipes, and once you beat the story and have all the upgrades unlocked there is really no point to continue it. I'd love it if they continued this game with additional storylines and characters added in.
2019-06-14	A Google user	This game is adorable, fun, and easy to play! I don't get why some people have such a hard time. You have to have patience with leveling up, watch what food combinations you put out with how much energy you have left, and try to serve customers their favorite foods by "leveling up" some of your other foods! Sounds complicated, but it really isn't. I really enjoy the stories and gameplay. It is relaxing and the conversations are quite funny sometimes. The ads are not bad either! I love this game
2019-04-05	A Google user	Slow, relaxing, and interesting! I downloaded this game at the recommendation of my sister and don't regret it one bit! The characters are interesting, the music is relaxing, and it's slow paced. It's not all sunshine and rainbows, though. Because of the diverse characters, there are some cloudy days. Like in an earlier review, I don't like making them rush, but sometimes the balloons overlap the characters.
