Great app for someone who wants to know God more thru His Word. This app has different translations available to suit most peoples tastes. It is easy to search for books and chapters as needed by the user. Unfortunately the latest fixes have not allowed me to access this app any more. |

I also like listening to the devotional audio podcasts from the different Ministers. I've also discovered the Quotemeals from Heartlight. It's an Awesome Bible App. Easy to maneuver around & I like that I can easily go to the index to find specific books I want to study & it's in different versions. |
| 2023-11-30 |  | | This app often "stalls", comes up with the wrong day, and has no pause/ resume capability. Added 8/31/23 App crashed multiple times this morning. I tried clearing cache and storage, no help. I uninstalled, thrn re-installed from Play store, same issue, but now with ads! I rebooted phone, tried again, still crashes after ads. Update 11/2023. I installed the latest version on a new Samsung phone, and operation is much better. |

However, the ads are incredibly distracting and take away from the usefulness of the app. Every time you switch away from the app to do anything, you are forced to sit through another ad, even to read a quick message. I would gladly pay for ad-free, but it's not available. |

A simple, yet must have Bible App. Great search feature and has the ability to save verses and chapters for quick reference. Like any app sometimes there are minor, unexpected disruptions or issues with the app that eventually gets corrected. Thank you for this wonderful digital Bible. |

I can put in something more vague and get results I need to sift through and eventually find what I'm looking for that has the exact phrasing I previously used. I do love the devotionals and the daily scriptures. I also like being able to listen to a particular passage or chapter. |

Listening as opposed to reading means that I can still get in some study time even if I am washing dishes, working on the computer, driving somewhere, etc and I can still read scripture if I want too. Additionally the daily dose of 2 old testament and 2 new testament readings means that I am getting a good balance of the whole bible. I also love the access to the many bible teachers, theologians. Negatives:Too many ads. |
| 2021-10-15 |  | | PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!!! I've deleted it twice and re-downloaded it, hoping it would fix the problem with no luck!!! This app freezes up repeatedly at opening. It no longer gives me my morning notification and I've reset it multiple timed. If it does open when I switch from the verse to look up the chapter, it freezes and closes. This use to be one of the better Daily Bible apps. Now it's really not worth the aggrivation!! I sure wouldnt say you're 4.7 stars!! |

It does take a long time to open for me ( could be my network or phone & not the app) and I don't like that there is always something that pops up first before the verse that I have to close. I really like that there are many different devotionals/pod casts that are available in the app. |
