2024-07-20 | Mai Awawdeh | The highest margins over products. cucumbers, for example, are 0.85 JDs/KG from Talabat, but it's 0.99 JDs/KG from Basket. Their markup is over 25% on some products, not to mention very high service and delivery fees, especially when compared to other apps. I've been using this app for years, but now it's not usable. I'm cancelling this app from my mobile. | |

Sometimes, the prices in search results are different from the ones when you open the store. There is supposed to be restaurant delivery with some ads for places but you get nothing if you click restaurants. It also asks for way too many permissions. | |

When reaching customer service, they explaind that there is a technical issue shows that the delivery is free, but it is paid.When ordering via Visa, 250 fils is paid..500 fils is added instead of service shopping.After all, delivery is not possible because the product is not available!! |
