I really enjoy the writing prompts for the journal entries. As someone who has gone on and off about journaling all the time, it's nice to have some direction and when you're in a bad place for the day, sometimes taking the time to refocus and look at things in a different light really does help lighten the load on everything.

This is such a great app! The accessibility of it makes daily journaling a breeze and easy to track. The prompts range from easy listing to thought provoking. I struggle a lot with mental illness and this app allows me to take a small amount of time each day to take a step back and reflect on why I'm still here and why I've kept going.

This app is such a great and resourceful app. I forgot this app existed until I used Propeller and re-downloaded it. I absolutely love that it has helpful articles related to all kinds of mental illnesses to assist you with your health care journey. Sometimes, it isn't easy talking to someone, so having this as a resource to track your emotions and manage your feelings better is ideal. I also love that it has a section for finding help, so if you were in a dire situation, HELP IS THERE.
