    the app traffic does not work if you are out of credit, so that you can't top up the credit. most operators allow their own app traffic in these conditions, please fix

    Was working fine but recently for some reason I cannot log in because there is a repeated error with the Captcha. This is very inconvenient as I cannot access my account except online now so the app is basically useless for me. Edit: I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice, and reset my password but the problem is with the Captcha, not my login details, so neither of these things helped.

    It's all good and easy to recharge, but language is the main problem. If you're a foreigner with little or zero knowledge in the Italian language, you will waste tons of time translating it. Should be available in English at least as an option :(

    The app is not working. For a month now I can't access the program details, instead getting "the service is temporarily unavailable" or something like that

    Easily the worst app I have ever used! I topped up €15 with my debit card and they took the money out of my account but didn't give me the credit. I then spent 3 days calling customer support, and was either shouted at or hung up on or told that I was wrong and I hadn't done a top up (even though €15 was taken out of my bank) I then sent an email with a screen shot of the payment and told to wait 72 hrs! I was left feeling like I was the criminal! If I could put 0 star I would!

    23 May 2022 Up until a few days ago, the app was working fine. Then it started asking me to log in, when I was already logged in. Now I get an error message when I try to log in and an error message when I try to send my email address to change the password. Also, I suddenly cannot log in on the website. To judge from other recent reviews, other people are having the same problem. Obviously there is something wrong with the app and/or the website.

    Very bad experience with TIM. Whatever you do - you have more chance to get some "unknown error" telling you to "try again later". It is not just about the app, it is about the whole TIM service - nothing works in their systems, you have to call them all the time in person, they will not even help you in their shops. And when you call, it won't work anyway. BUT I have to say that after posting this review, they reached out to me and helped me solve my issue! Thanks for that!

    unsolicited services were activated twice within thirty days. clearly someone who has breached users' personal data through bugs in the app or site. I tried to deactivate from the app and nothing, it doesn't make me change my email because "an error has occurred. try again later" (for 24 hours) ... what's the point if make an app to manage the line when I need to waste hours at phone for solve a problem? and they offer me web security packages, when they can't even solve theirs ... pathetic ...
