| 2024-09-10 |  | | Upgraded from his deprecated sstp vpn client. the big thing I noticed was dramatically lower power required. my battery lasts much longer. He is so sweet, he said I didn't need the new paid app if all I am using is the sstp protocol , which I am. his email support is wonderful in a time that some developers may never respond. His apps that I use are elegant, stable, intuitive and well thought out. I have to say that I have only used are the mentioned hear, albeit daily and for years. |
| 2024-04-06 |  | | I use a purchased SSTP only version of this app with Mikrotik routers for many years and it was running good but from ~ beginning of this year it doesn't cancel connection attempts when phone switches between mobile and wi-fi, excluded from autoconnect. All permissions are granted. Also, in the "connect but not to these SSID" each Wi-Fi is listed twice |
| 2024-01-31 |  | | I've been using this app for years never had any problem but in the past 3 months or so my app id crashing at random times for no reason , it totally closes and I doubt that it's the phone's power saving that kills the app since I usually leave it on overnight and it stays open , it happens like once every day and it's active almost all day , also happens with different open vpn configs |
| 2024-01-30 |  | | This has got to be one of the best VPN applications I've used ever. I use it with wireguard, but I feel it would be amazing for any of the supported other VPNs It is capable of. The DNS features alone so you can forward particular domain names to particular servers across the VPN or frankly wherever you want to send them. It supports DOT and DOH. The app fully supports ipv6 anywhere. I have needed it, developer was extremely responsive in one minor ipv6 bug I found and it was fixed in 24h |
| 2023-07-29 |  | | Hi guys, everytime i press start, it disconnects when its about to connect, its like Auth, Getting Config, Disconnected.... that's very disappointing, but everything is good, that's why i gave you three stars, i hope you fix that issue guys... please, i can press the start button even 25 times before it actually say connected, it will be 'disconnected' all the time, again... disappointing! |
| 2023-02-04 |  | | Purchased Pro, was then forced into a subscription I didn't want. I further supported for 2yrs on a reduced sub, but found few updates in that time, so cancelled. Now I install and have to buy individual features again. I guess this is how to alienate your long term customers. Edit: clarified I cancelled and don't intend to renew. |

Upon launch the message "Unfortunately VPN Client Pro has stopped." I cannot find an explanation for this behavior. All of the "fixes" recommended that I can find do not fix the problem. |
| 2022-07-15 |  | | I've read through a lot of the developer responses and frankly I don't think they're valid. There are a lot of other good software out there that is continually updated with only a one-time purchase charge. I myself downloaded the app to use it for wireguard and then realized it needed a subscription and immediately uninstalled. I'm in the same boat as a lot of the other reviewers I MIGHT pull the trigger but refuse to go for a subscription. Fastest uninstall ever. |
| 2022-03-29 |  | | Subscription doesn't work! Android version 9. Thank you very much for your support! After clearing the app data of play store app, the vpn client pro subscription worked again but after first restart I got an encryption error regarding keystore is malfunctioning, so I cleared app data of vpn client pro app and I restored the configuration, now seems to work again! I will see... After latest update and restart had the same issue error regarding keystore is malfunctioning and for the second time i had to clear data of the app and resore backup! |
