Always sluggish, the connection dropping in the background, and most of all, you can't use speedtest apps to properly identify the cause. Since they're using 3rd party DNS's and not their own, paying for more ain't worth it. The privacy risks are a concern. While you can connect to a server, it's not guaranteed that the services provided are the same as the price you're paying for. |

Now and then I run into connectivity issues, but the support team is quick to respond and let me know exactly what I need to do. They have always responded professionally and in a timely manner, letting me know that they are conscientious about my time. I have found that if I run into connectivity problems, if I restart my phone I'm able to go about connecting without any problems. No regrets w/premium. |

| 2024-09-06 |  | | This vpn has a small number of servers and because of that it has a high amount of Blacklisted IPs , services like some google apps, spotify, shazam,Microsoft and many more outright refuse to work because of this problem and when I tell their support about this, they say they're gonna "look into it" and then nothing happens. A premium vpn shouldn't have problems like a low quality free vpn. I'm not gonna renew my subscription. just felt like I needed to share my experience with this vpn |
