    The push notifications on this app do not work... what is the use for this app if it does not notify you of a new user? All my other apps notify me of a new message. I have double-checked all my settings and set the battery settings to be unrestricted, but still, it does not work..

    The app is so BASIC that it's pretty much unusable for my use case as having a mobile sales team. Other competitors offer an app that has all the same features as desktop version. With Intercom however you can pretty much only reply to tickets and that's it. No CRM control No labelling Doesn't even let you know if clients have received Whatsapp messages or not (double-tick / blue ticks) Doesn't tell you what channel clients are messaging on Can't use AI features The list goes on & on...

    Notifications are incredibly delayed compared to desktop browser version. Anything that can be done here? Would greatly appreciate it. Away mode is no longer syncing correctly between mobile and desktop (windows).
