I clicked the "Proceed" button, assuming it would take me to another page with all the offer details on it. Instead, it charged my card money right then and there. I immediately contacted customer service only to wait two days to hear they would not refund the money. I can only warn against this company now. Protection online... not even from themselves. |

When you except it takes you to a screen for you to fill out information to pay for that 9.99 which isn't 9.99 anymore it has now become 14.99 a month. I thought this app was to help us not be scammed. I would send the screenshots I have as proof of the scam this app is running but you won't let me add them. |

I liked how you you had it set up at the bottom, like you had before where I slipped up to removed. I really watched that closely, and I can't get it back, I I have problems skipping it. Iv have some college classes on math and commuters. I taught my 2 sons about commuters, than boom, darn phones, came in like a rocket, and kept flying, harder on some older folks |

During app set up, it asked for my email, then when I did that, It said already an existing account under that email. Could not go any further. Tried to find a login page, where I could try to sign in, under that same email account. Would not direct me to a sign in page. Very difficult site to navigate. Took my money set up with no problem, though. |

I was also charged at least twice, maybe three times in two weeks for an app. that keeps crashing. Well, after I tried over and over, reboot my phone un-installed and reinstalled the program and started from scratch, and made a new account, That part was easy and moved smoothly until I tried to open the program, would not open, tried to do the phone restart and again your app. |
