I use this for documentation purposes on my events for clients that want to turn up too much to have some reasonable limits on liability. Just like all dbSPL meters on the app store it does matter what type of mic you use and the default phone mic is approximately 6-10db too low. If this app had a way to calibrate that it would definitely earn 5 stars from my experience with SPL phone apps. |
