However, I feel reducing the per-order charge from ₹20 to ₹10 could significantly boost the user base. Many traders execute multiple orders daily, and lower fees would make Upstox a more competitive and trader-friendly platform. This small adjustment could attract even more active users and set Upstox apart in the brokerage market! |

| 2024-11-29 |  | | Great App ,Easy to Use ,Never face a Glitch, Bought and sold at trigger price as soon as the price come in few seconds which don't happen in other apps like groww or zerodha , Great brokerage Price Not cheap but at market price, And Never faced an issue when applying for an IPO whether it's the last second always approved and UPI mandate receive instantly, Overall using this app for over 2 years now Really great experience. And Don't Go towards Future and Options. Peace out❤️ |

In delivery direct charge 20+tax just for buy. Autosqaure charge 59+GST. There are glits also sometime transaction are in pending but it completed and it shows that quantity debit but at time of 3.15 they charge autosquare. Don't go for it find other |
| 2024-11-28 |  | | I use Upstox for all the orders, but the UI is one of the lowest compared to other brokers. Please change the UI, take inspirations from other brokers, it's very inconvenient to research in one app and then come back to Upstox for placing orders. |

I feel like my brokerage money is being put to good use here. However, one issue I have is with the most recent update. The buttons have become excessively large, making the interface feel a bit intrusive, almost as if it's pushing you to buy or sell stocks. While some users may appreciate this bold design. Ever since I downloaded this application and registered through my phone number, every day 1 of the customer care executive is calling me to completing registration even I told them not to. It was a mistake downloading this application. Never recommend this application to anyone in my circle. Thank you for disturbing. I'll search Google of how to deregister my number and close my account. If still the issue persists, I'll have to lodge a complaint to the consumer court. |
