Guys never use this app they are cheating to customer. We have booked ticket with full refund facility with extra payment but after waitlist cancel we have received after deduction. When we talk to customer care they have nothing satisfactory reply. We have already losses some money so suggest you never use this app. |

But in case you didn't get the seat and your ticket got cancelled by them, they also cut the amount. I've used some other apps but they refund all of my amount if I don't get seat and my ticket got cancelled in waitings. 2nd thing is. it's almost 9 days now. I'm still waiting for the amount/refund to be credited in my account. 6/11/24 now what? Been 16 to 17 days now. still didn't get refund? More exuces? |
