All other streaming service work fine and the only resolution i found in the internet to uninstall and re install the app, shut down/restart don't work. Wat of money for me. |

This is on 'Super' tier subscription which btw says 'ad-free except live' on the app itlsef. They now want more monies as an add-on to not play ads. This is fraudulent business practice. So much for the convenience of OTT over cable. Cheats! |

| 2024-12-04 |  | | I bought the Tata Play Binge Felxi Plus plan. Earlier it had add free content and 4 devices accessibility. But now they have made some changes which allows access to only two devices which is fine but they show too many advertisements that popup anytime in between dialogues. The sentnece is incomplete and an advertisement is shown. In a 20-22 minutes episode we get to watch advertisements 4-5 times. Also when we pause ⏸️ the show photo advertisement is displayed on screen. Worst experience ever! |

Even after paying for a subscription, I still see a lot of ads, which completely defeats the purpose. If we are paying for a subscription, ads should be removed.
