If I could, I would give a 0 rating. Most of the buses are usually late by 1-2 hours, and the executives often blame it on "ground transportation" issues, which aren't always the case. No compensation is provided for missed connections. This is the third time I have experienced such pathetic service. I do not recommend it!

I’m beyond annoyed right now! 🚌💔 Last night (15th Dec 2024), I was waiting for the bus as usual, only to find out that it was cancelled at the last minute—and at 12:30 AM! 😡 Not only did I have to deal with the shock of it being cancelled, but I was left stranded in the middle of a highway at that hour! 🚧 No warning, no support, just stuck and unsafe. 🕰️ Why is it so hard to get reliable transportation these days? #TTDA94578043 OPERATOR YOLO

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with RedBus regarding a train ticket booking. Despite my booking being canceled under eligible circumstances, I have not received a refund for my ticket. To make matters worse, the customer support system is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times through your available channels, but there was no clarity or resolution offered. It feels like there is no accountability for customer grievances.

All the details are wrong, incl. the point and time of departure. The seating arrangement is completely messed up. It caused me great inconveniences during the whole 10-hour trip. Surely, will uninstall the app. I used the app in Indonesia

One nonsense app. I had bookked the bus days ahead of the travel date but couldn't see the cancellation. Thus the organisation claims no refunds cannot be processed. While checked in app a few days back the booking was not visible but appears all of a sudden on the cancelled travelled date.

Dear Redbus Team I've been a loyal customer since your launch, but unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline in your service quality. Recently, I've faced issues with missing bus details (bus number, driver details, etc.) after booking tickets. This lack of information causes inconvenience and anxiety. Despite calling customer care, I've had to rely on them to provide the necessary details. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating. It's time to switch other online.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Redbus I had a very bad experience with Redbus, and I will not be using this service again. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was unhelpful when I tried to get information, and they provided no solutions or alternatives. The bus was uncomfortable, and the staff was unprofessional. The seats were dirty, covered with dust/stains, and the overall condition of the bus was unhygienic.

The app is not good because,if we go to the bus stop to buy tickets without adding extra charges,but the app is adding extra charges if 2 senior citizen traveling together, how can you allow only 1 senior citizen to book . booking fee . toll fee . service fee . GST

Being a first time red bus user the experience is very terribly bad . The customer services is pathetic, the tracking and other bus details updation do not even show up. The application has just made the entire journey very difficult and turned travelling by bus a big night mare
