2024-11-28 | Wren S | This app is amazing. I've been through a few music players and this one is just the end all be all. It has an absurd level of customizability, all of the basic functions are here exactly as you'd want them, the menus from the app, notification bar, and lockscreen can all be customized. And for all that it's still free and has no data tracking.
2024-11-27 | James Froumis | This app is excellent, especially since it is free! Thank you! The multiple queue support is game-changing and really comes in handy for having one queue for the car and one queue for work and not losing your place on either. App easily handles everything from mediocre quality MP3s to high bitrate (192kHz, 24 bit) FLACs. Only wish for two features: 1. Queuing and queue management via Android Auto 2. Bulk playlist import (like the Samsung Music app) or external playlist support on Android Auto
2024-11-26 | Emily | Holy goodness this is the music app of my dreams. The UI is great and pretty customizable. But the real selling point for me was maintenance of multiple queues! For whatever reason, many other apps don't do/allow this. There are also a bunch of other customization options, and you don't even need a subscription or purchase to get most of the awesome features. And you can make a one-time $15 purchase for lifetime access to pro features if desired. Love this app!!
2024-11-21 | Eric Burkemper | I've been liking this app, enough so that I showed my support to the developer to buy the pro version. ππ»π Possible room for improvement (even if these are implemented for the paid version): * Auto track skipped songs * Develop a tool for removing duplicates * The tag editing process is a bit cumbersome, but I'm not sure how to suggest an improved method. It is noted you can edit tags for multiple items. It mostly gets cumbersome as I need to edit tracks individually for track # and title.
2024-11-16 | J B (StFerret) | Feature rich, control app features granularly, ad free... THIS is the app you were looking for. Pro upgrade has a one-time purchase option. Most (almost all) features available without Pro. Ability to limit scans for audio files to specific folders, exclude based on (customizable) duration of media, and SO much more... I can't understand why this one isn't THE highest rated music player in the Play app store... Seriously!
2024-11-13 | TheNewMang | Idk how to say this app is literally goated. I used this after downloading all of my Spotify music with spowlo which is basically a form of spotdl. Musicolet has an insane amount of features and you can use them all without paying a cent which is so friggin sigma Anyway give this music player a shot, beats the android default Imo this is the only option for a free music player
2024-11-09 | T Smyth | Gdang, this app is good. Been using it for a couple years and it has brought much jollity. Only wish the new cropping tool was paired with a tool to amplify decibels on a file. Pro has VN, but it's nice to be able to permanently set volume to files in case you're transferring files to another device or such. Fantastic bit of software.
2024-11-01 | Kier | Amazing app, all I could ever want from a music player, as someone who is on the verge of being addicted to listening to music π beautiful UI, great sound profile customization features, very cheap optional one time purchase to get access to a few unnecessary but very nice features and of course support the amazing devs who work to bring all of this to us for free. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who wants to listen to music or podcasts via sound files. of course, there are also no ads.
2024-10-30 | William Bintzer | Overall I like it. Bought the pro version. Some aspects need work. Support for multi artista seems to not work whatsoever. Using delimeter of \\ doesn't split, except sometimes. I had to / and ; as options, even though none of those songs had those in the metadata fields. When I look at tags in Musicolet, it shows the tags as being separated by semicolons, but unless slashes are *also* set as a delimiter, it still doesn't work. And if I look at them in a computer on m3tag, they're still \\!!!
2024-10-29 | Jeremy Sauer | I think this is a very good audio app, but it has a problem that prevents me from being able to use it as my main app for listening to my music. When I import an external m3u playlist into Musicolet, the app will automatically remove any songs that are on the list more than once, and there's no option to disable that and import the playlist as-is. For example, if I have a playlist with SongA, SongB, SongC, SongA, SongD, I need an option to import that list without removing the duplicate SongA! |
