| 2024-12-16 |  | | One of the worst app and on top of that there is very slow and irresponsive credit card bill payment. I mean it's really difficult to pay credit card bill here. If you use any third party apps like cred to pay cc bill the transaction keeps on failing. I regret applying for this credit card. |

Why not simply use otp on phone number? If you think that's unsecure, why allow to reset phone device reset just by calling customer care through that phone number?? |
