| 2024-02-23 |  | | Can't call numbers that are in my address book, can't find contacts that I know I have, some contacts have names that I have never used or saved them as. Phone just doesn't even ring to people you try to call sometimes. This app has so many bugs I didn't even know were possible that it's almost impressive. And through years of operation they've never been fixed. |

For 4 hours me and my wife have been chatting at times with no problems. I appreciate you making Botim. As for the ads, I don't understand what other people are talking about. Having a little bar at the bottom of the screen. That shows ads is perfectly fine for me. So you liar saying this is a bad app because your own internet is trash. Stop making bad reviews on a good app. |
| 2023-02-21 |  | | If I could give negative ratings, I sure would. This app is intended for one use and one use only, voice and video call, and it fails spectacularly at it. If there was another option to speak with loved ones in the Middle East, I would jump to it in a heartbeat. Features that have existed on competing apps for the past decade are still conveniently missing in here. Don't get me started on the intrusive and borderline inappropriate ads being shown in the app. |
| 2023-02-11 |  | | After hanging up the call the media played through Bluetooth is still in low bit rate call mode. Everytime the app has to be closed to rectify this. Issue is persistent with Bluetooth headphones and car audio. Car hands free shows still on call even after hanging up. Probably accessing the microphone too? The call quality is decent(US to UAE). But works better when connected to a VPN. 🤷🏼♂️ |

The call just goes blank after 50 60 seconds but doesnot drop or cut, till u realise you were talking in air and not to the other person as the call has just gone blank. This happens everytime for first 3 4 attempts. This is one of the most horrible and wierd apps ever. It shd have no star or worse a red star to show how terrible the app is. |
| 2021-03-23 |  | | My call gets stuck on "Connecting" I downloaded this app but never had success in making a call. Call goes and then it says "connecting" but never connects. If the ither person calls me still have the same thing. I deleted and downloaded again but nothing worked. I watched all the troublshooting videos on Youtube and checked everthing according to those as well but did not succeede. I have android phone incase that has a role. If someone can let me know that what posdibly can be a problem. |
| 2020-01-19 |  | | Update 1/19/2020: (1) Here recently - like the last few months - calls do not display on my screen despite the fact that notifications for calls & text are turned on. (2) When I miss a call, there is NO notification BUT when I open the app, it says "Declined" AS IF I have taken some action on my end. (3) There are 2 call notifications, 2 message notifications, and 2 group notifications. WHY? How does a user know which ones to turn on or off? |
| 2019-12-05 | | | Fix your damn app ###### First, it doesn't REALLY hang up after the call ends unless it is closed from the background as well, many headphones reveal that with a tone including sasmsung's u flex Second, it's upload compression algorithm is very bad compared to other apps it uses a lot of data and there is no option to reduce data use and in some countries this is a huge issue because their upload speeds are horrible and they end up hearing the other party but the other party can't hear them |

I see you made *updates* it would help if you didnt cause more issues and actually FIXED the app. It takes over 30 mins just to answer a message. The letters dont show up no matter how how many times i tap to write a sentence. The phone calls are like im in a tunnel cutting in and out and even hanging up on my phone calls. |
| 2019-11-18 | | | One of the worst communication apps ever made. Outline is stolen from what's app. Conversations are RARELY ever clear/ functional on regular wifi. It does not work with data, even on the receiving end; always a connection problem. If you're going to monopolize on the idea of a voice/video calling service for an entire country, please have the decency to make the application functional. This is pathetic. |
