Worst app ever. If i could give it 0 star, I would. It won't let me make a transaction through STEAM. IT ALWAYS SAYS "NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR", EVEN THOUGH MY NETWORK CONNECTION IS VERY STABLE.

this app draining my battery and i dont even launch it! im so confused why the hell this app consumed almost 50% of my battery edit : i ALWAYS close the app after i use it, it doesnt make sense when an app using FORTY FOUR PERCENT of my battery while inactive/running on the background.

Im not complaining just reporting an issue, Please fix the battery consumption, this update eats 18% of my battery just for 1 minute I had no problems with the other apps, while in the battery usage it's showing that report. In the other hand, all apps are just fine, tiktok consumed the same percentage for 1.5 hours.

November 11, 2024. Notification: "Oops, server is busy now, please try again." or "Uh oh, you have no internet connection. Please check again later." In the meantime, there was no problem with opening YouTube, TikTok or any other apps. Please solve this problem. 🙄

It does the job. But sending promotional notifications at ridiculous hour (11pm~2am) is pretty annoying. Turning off the notification in their app setting doesn't do anything. So sadly can only turn it off via phone setting

great app but i cant make transcation through steam now when back then i can once or twice. not sure why its happening. it said network connection error. when my steam connection on my pc is just fine, my dana app on my phone also up to date and works just fine. my internet provider is solid 90+ mbps download. so theres no problem there too.

Cannot upgrade to premium, said i was too often trying to upgrade and need to wait for a month, the worst thing is when i try to upgrade always ended up error. That's why i was trying too often because its always error.

I've been using this app for eight years, worked okay but lately I'm considering to switch to another app. The customer service can't be reached, only bots, and I can't contact them via social media either. I can't add bank accounts. Irritating.
