| 2023-08-25 |  | | It's a great idea in theory, but it's areas are so limited, it's useless for me. They really should expand the service to everywhere HRT runs. |
| 2023-07-03 |  | | I just don't understand what this app is supposed to do. Every location I type in it says it's not in the area. For anyone considering this app don't waste your time. Google maps does it better, easier and without the hassle that I've come to expect from HRT. Also, I wish I read the other reviews before I downloaded this app. That's my advice. Read the reviews. |

You input where you wanna go, you get a popup message, Out of zone. Also another issue I have is when I begin to book my trip, there's an option where I can leave a message for the drivers(who say they never get it/see it). Whatever happened to the vouchers that was mentioned on the HRT website? They are purchased and added to your account. |
