Upon further review, the program informse that I have five failed log in ( in fact, I was trying to set up the program on my smart phone to run) more than five times,and my account is now locked for 2 to 3 days. Then I can try to get into the program again. This is not fair and user friendly, as a beginner, errors should be made and failed to log in could be many times |
