A drivers like that should be fired.. Cause they're not there for work.. They just depend on money they didn't love their job too much.. y'all drivers depend on money. If you can't discipline them then fired them quickly.. Find a better person does the job fair and well and find a better driver who loves the job. |

Well, tip is given for a great service so let the customers do it AFTER a booking is completed and not like a requirement while booking. Also, some of your drivers mark bookings complete when they are not. Prolly so they can accept more orders at the same time. Just today, a driver (ALDRIN REYNANTE) completed my paid scheduled booking when he did not even pickup the item! Drivers such as that should be suspended! |

Some riders take too much time too long to wait for double booking even on priority orders! The mere fact that this was set on priority means it is needed. More than 1 hr waiting time before rider seliver the goods after item was picked up from picked up location is too much hassle for us to wait so long. Very disapointing service! |
