It only takes your pulse for a very short amount of time. It leads to inaccurate readings. By the time you get your finger situated, let your pulse rate stabilize, etc it's already done. It needs to extend the length of measuring time and add a setting where it doesn't time out.

Incredibly Inaccurate. Was hoping this would be at least ballpark accurate, but sadly it's not. Wearing a pulse ox for some testing, so was able to compare to an actual medical device. This app consistently gave results 40-55 bpm higher than the pulse ox I was wearing. Double checked multiple times and compared to manual heart rate as well. Manual and pulse ox match up with each other with discrepancy of 0-5bpm. This app just isn't accurate.

Horrible. If you know anything about reading rhythms, do not use this. I was feeling strange and checked my pulse. I thought I might have been having a bit of irregularities when checking my pulse (I figured probably some PVC's). I downloaded this app, and it sent me to the ER. The rhythm on the screen looks like a-flutter. Went to the ED and was in normal rhythm, but this thing always looks like flutter. Then I had my daughter try it and it looked the same.
