It's annoying that it wants to track people all the time. Why the hell does this app need my location on when I'm NOT at the Facility?! Fix that. 11/28- Thanks for responding. Entering a zip code should be sufficient. Shouldn't Need a geolocator on just to Look at shifts. To clock into one, sure. Just to Look though..that's invasive and unnecessary.

The app seems to work only sometimes. I have reinstalled it 5 imes and it still won't load at times and I have missed out on shifts because of this. You guys don't have a phone nuber to call and if you can't get on th app you can't get any help. This sucks and you all need better communication with your clients. I am really thinking of just uninstalling it and finding another app to use because it doesn't seem like you are doing anything as I see the same complaints in several reviews. fix it

Don't even bother. Customer service is not very helpful. I book a shift, was force to cancel it, lost 100 points for being NCNS even though I showed up. Now my account is restricted. I showed up to all my shifts, on time, never called in for months but because they can do a simple thing, I'm the one paying for it. It's a good thing, there's a ton of options out there. So don't bother with this one. They don't care about you.
